HPRis $where as HPRis $4 big difference. Repco 10wis made by Penrite and a synthetic. However Penrite do not make a synthetic 10wunder their own name and Repco give no specs.

Have used Penrite 5wfor over years in my old car. For most of the time I used 5wit was semi syn but now says fully syn but still no issues noticed like sludge. It contains a combination of high technology additives, including increased dispersant levels and low shear viscosity modifiers. Good price for some quality fully synthetic engine oil.
Repco is not Penrite -branded oil in a different bottle. The specifications differ. Repco oil used to be made by Mobil, but again it was never Mobil on the cheap. This oil rated at Dexos compatible with diesel engines.
Part of the Oil Clearance day sale at Repco. I used to use HPRwhich is recommended by Penrite , however the car was sluggish and fuel economy was reduced. Give the Penrite enviro GF5.
